Picasa2 and Picasa Web Albums - Where do I get answers?

If I had questions about Picasa, I'd go directly to the Picasa help group or the Picasa help center:

I would get the free download here (at Picasa's official website):

There are very knowledgeable people in the help group who can help get your questions answered.

Why would people ask questions about Picasa in a Yahoo Answers website instead of going directly to the Picasa help group?

    Because it is not always easy to find and many people on Yahoo answers already know the answers to the questions they have….

    I believe it is because people are either too lazy or too ignorant to look for the answers in the proper place. Or perhaps it might even be that people are so afraid of failing, that they don't even want to try. That's so sad.

    I know if I have a question about any program I'm using, the first place I look is under the big old HELP menu option. It gives one a great feeling of accomplishment to be able to discover the answers to your own questions, simply by applying yourself — I don't know why more people don't try it!
