I have just downloaded Picasa. Should i Delete other photo programs?

I have Kodak Easyshare, Canon Zoom Browser, and now Picasa. I think I like Picasa best. Since downloading Picasa, I now have many of my photos in triplicate on the computer. Is that because of downloading Picasa. Should I get rid of the others? Will that affect Picasa? How do I delete the other programs without deleting all my pictures? Help!

Don't delete them leave them until you have safely stored them on a CD or have a file special for them before deleting them
