Picasa is free and has no viruses or spyware bundled. It is made by Google. It works very well.

I have it , I uninstalled it, but it worked well. I didn`t have problems with viruses or something like this. But I think the source from which you download it matters, too. u can downlod a program from a site and it can be virus-free. but u can download the same program from other location, on the internet and you may have problems (and I`m not talking about picassa)

yeah, it's quite decent software, worth downloading.
