I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 I love it.
I have downloaded and installed Picassa for MANY friends who don't need the advanced tools of Adobe and they love it.
Great Product to get your feet wet and see if the whole digital photography / editing thing is you bag… if it is, then maybe later you might graduate to the full gas professional softwares.
